The workouts at Pro City are challenging but fun. Steve is very motivating and provides personal attention to help you get the most of your workouts. No matter your current fitness level, the TRX-based classes are amazing!

Great variation of upper, lower, and core workouts with TRX and other circuit fitness exercises. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Steve's is an awesome trainer. Am/Pm classes a bonus

I've been working out with Steven Hale for over a year now at Procity Fitness. And this year I've managed to lose over 60 lbs with his guidance. I have gone from a size 16 to a size 4. He motivates and inspires his students to push harder while not being one of those typical shout at you till you get it right coaches. His classes are always well-executed and he still has time to give each person individual attention and help them along their journey no matter their starting point.

"FIT AND STRONGER" "Steve is an awesome trainer! He is extremely knowledgeable in all things fitness and even helped me create my own nutrition plan. I do personal training and classes with him. Both are challenging enough but not overkill. Love this gym and the other members that attend. I have lost 2 pant sizes in just a few months. Definitely worth the money!"
