Our small group classes provide a more personal approach and experience with an emphasis on focus, proper form and technique. In our high energy environment we offer different routines daily where we integrate the latest in TRX Suspension training, medicine balls, bands, free weights and many others with high intensity interval training (HITT) to take your fitness to new heights.


Personal Training

Personal Training involves one on one workout sessions that are customized to your specific fitness goals and needs. Our coaches will work with you to create a nutrition plan and establish weekly check in's to track your progress. Personal training provides faster and better results. Fusion Training

Best of both worlds! Fusion training offers a package that includes both small group training and personal training.
